It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia May Garwick of Manhattan, Kansas, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Eleanor (Wynn) and Harold Richard Smithson. She is survived by: her husband John Zook Garwick; her children, Ken Garwick (Cindy) of Manhattan, Tim Garwick (Celinda) of Panama City, FL, Lori Garwick of Manhattan and Heidi Francis (Terry) of Manhattan; and her sister Gwen Jennen of Federal Way, WA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
