She was predeceased by: her siblings, Francis Smith, Paul Cook and Charles Cook. She is survived by: her husband William S. "Bill" Fogerson; her daughters, Debbie Guillen of Manhattan, Julie Miller of Manhattan and Cindy Wichman of Manhattan; and her siblings, Ramah Van Dusseldorp (Burr), Leroy Cook and Clara Bliss. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
