He is survived by: his brother Willis Harold Kurtz; his wife Mary Jo; his sons, Quentin and Bryan (Susan); his grandchildren, John Kurtz, Rebecca Kurtz Katie (Brian Clausen), Maegan Svita (Sam) and Lauren Kurtz (Chris Cooke); and his great grandchildren, Brynnley, Claire and Molly Quinn Bateman.
