She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Trusty and Cybil Trusty (Williams); her stepmother Florce Ray Trusty; her siblings, Clifton Ray, Melvin, Travis, Sandra Lewis and Jessie Lee Nolan; her son Brian Foreman; and her great grandchild Dylan Stedman.
She is survived by: her children, Ollie Howard, Jessie Lee and Jodie Ann Swisher; her grandchild Raven Ann; her child Leslie Howard; her grandchildren, LeiAnne and Monte; her son Clifton Foreman (Elizabeth); her granddaughter Brianna Foreman; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Braxton and Casper; her granddaughter Georgia Adolph (Jason); her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Robinson, Jordan Machado and Jody Foreman; and also, Nathan Foreman and Gage Foreman.
Memorial contributions in memory of Teresa are suggested to the Meadowlark Hills Foundation.
