She is survived by: her parents, Paul Raymond "Panama" Hinman and Diana Mae Halpin (Moreels) of Mesquite, Nevada; her sons, Cody Garrison "Toby" Whitmore of Manhattan, Jason Raymond "Towe" Lucas of Manhattan and Wyatt Timothy "Tommie" Lucas of Manhattan; her mother-in-law Janice of Manhattan; and her brothers, Charles of Kansas City, Missouri and Quentin Penland of Kansas City, Missouri.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Teena Whitmore Memorial Fund to benefit her children.
