He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Owens and Ruth Owens; his daughter Paula; his son-in-law Rich Barr; his granddaughters, Lauren and Carrie Barr; his siblings, Ruth Josephson (Phillip), Gary Owens (Pat) and Phil Owens; his wife Linda Owens; his son Steven Mark Owens; and his pet Patches. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
