She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orville J. Vignery and Hazel Fern Vignery (Barleen); her husband Myron L. Cailteux; her daughters, Virginia Merlenbach of Lyndon, KS, Elizabeth Gallaher (Lindy) of Manhattan, Michelle Bahadori (Naser) of Kansas City, KS and Cheryl Cailteux-Riley (Ron) of Manhattan; her siblings, Ron Vignery (Carol) of Baldwin City, KS and Marcia Simoneau (Jim) of Springhill, KS; and her grandchildren, Vincent Cailteux (Brenda), Marcus Birdsong (Erica), Matthew Birdsong, Nicholas Birdsong (Elisabeth), Elise Dunnigan, Cory Gallaher (Amie), Amir Bahadori (Alex), Mariam Bahadori, Elahe Benford (Sterling), Nadia Brown (Darius), Levi Riley, Genevieve Riley, Madeleine Riley and Flora Riley. She was also cherished by 12 great-grandchildren.
