She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Milford and Angie Milford (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Darrel Butterfield; her children, Sherry Price of Des Moines and Dan Butterfield of Ocala, FL; her grandchildren, Cassie Price, Derek Butterfield, Russ Price, Becky Price, Dakota Butterfield and Randy Price; and her siblings, Robert Milford (Janice) of Nevada, MO, Nancy Rogers of Nevada, MO and Anita Nichols (Larry) of Shell City, MO.. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
