He was predeceased by: his father Kyle Perry. He is survived by: his mother Nina Perry (Milligan); his wife Margie (Frick); his children, Mason Reves, Ashlynn Perry, Ethan Perry (Emelie) and Caleb Perry; and his siblings, Holly, Tony Gardner- of Maryland, Brad and Emily Perry.
