He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark G. Riat and Cecelia J. Riat (Helget); and his brother Randy Riat. He is survived by: his daughter Paula; and his siblings, Michael Riat (Priscilla) of Edmond, OK and Linda Lake (Dannie) of Manhattan, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
