He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Johnson and Violet G. Johnson (Smith); and his brother Mark C. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Daranee Johnson; his daughters, Beverly Jordan, Elizabeth Teague and Jessica Kurtz; and his brother Dave L. Johnson.
