He was predeceased by: his parents, John A Franz and Mary Franz; and his brothers, Richard and John. He is survived by: his children, Kirk Franz (Shannon), Kara Hackney (Troy) and Jana Reed (Rich); his grandchildren, Kali, Maddie, Hailey Franz, Korryn, Blythe, Canton Hackney, Sebastian, Zoe, Trinity and Raelyn Reed; and his pet Coco.
