He was predeceased by: his parents, John York and Josephine Lewis (Thomas) of Virginia; and his brother-in-law Delmas Ridge. He is survived by: his significant other Addie West of Manhattan; his siblings, Steve Lewis (Cindy) of Sterling and Linda Ridge of Hutchinson; and his niece Amanda Harris of Hutchinson.
