He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Henry Frederick, Jr. and Donna Ruth Frederick (Benton); and his sister Sandra Kay Olliso. He is survived by: his former wife Susan Gingrich (Sue); his wife Amy Lynn Frederick (Watkins); his grandchildren, Cleo, Matthew, Caden, Lillian and Lela; his children, David Frederick of Topeka, KS, Dana Frederick of Springfield, MO, Leslie Stevens of Xenia, OH and Kimberly Frederick of Topeka, KS.; and his siblings, Dorothy Clark (Dottie), Connie Higbee of Topeka, KS, Walter Frederick, III and Allen Frederick (Brad) of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
