He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Margaret Elizabeth Neth and Basil Wesley Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Katrina Lewis of Manhattan, Kansas, Summer Lewis of Oaxaca, Mexico, Margaret Benson of Concordia, Missouri and Ivanna Lewis of Flushing; his sister Kathryn Rucinski of Warrenton, Missouri; his grandson Garrett Benson; and his son-in-law Nathan Benson of Concordia, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Manhattan Arts Center and/or Junction City Arts Council.
