She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Opie and Ruth Opie. She is survived by: her husband Hunter; her sister Roberta Bartlett of Larned, KS; her daughter Paige VandeGiessen (Tim) of Vicksburg, MI; her grandchildren, Bailey, Megan, Holly Tuma (Dave) of Birnamwood, WI, Abby (James), Dylan (Addison) and Drew (Echo); and her great grandchildren, Mia, Eva and Oakland.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Good Shepherd Hospice House in memory of Rae Jean Hunt.
