It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Sarah Moreland (Manhattan, Kansas), who passed away on December 30, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Albert and Clara Reitzel (Richardson). She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Reitzel Casteel of Folsom, CA and Sharon Reitzel Fruits (Lawrence) of Stilesville, IN; and her children, Richard Charles (Carol) of Topeka, Thomas Franklin, Mary Margaret Parker and Catherine Louise (Bettie Wilson).
