She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Higley and Dorothy Campbell; and her daughter-in-law Nancy. She is survived by: her husband Leslie R. Deckert; her sisters, Pauline, Rosalie and Dory; her granddaughter Rebecca; her children, Cora Colleen Smith (Larry) of Wichita and Andrew (Linda) of Manhattan; her grandchildren, Alysun (Mike) of Seattle, Ryun (Angie) of Kirkwood, Missouri, Scott (Emily) of Lenexa, Kansas and Matt (Jodie); and her great grandchildren, Toby, Evie of Kirkwood, Charlotte, Clara of Lenexa, Jaycie, Tyler of Owattonna and Phyllis.
