We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2018, at the age of 31, Nekevia Nicole Hicks (Manhattan, Kansas), born in Greenwood, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Freddie Hicks (Vegina) of Manhattan and Dynetta Elaine Gore of Manhattan; her daughter Takhia LaTae of Manhattan; and her siblings, LaMarcus Hicks, LaMario Hicks, David Gaskins of Raleigh, NC, Richard Gaskins of Wauwatosa, WI, CaTera Christie of Montgomery, AL and Yolanda Greene of Knightdale, NC.. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
