He was predeceased by: his father Steven Busch; and his grandparents, Lloyd, LaVon Flowers, Harvey and Norma Busch.
He is survived by: his mother Janice Flowers Busch; his fiancée Suzie Ott; his son Dakota Busch; his stepson Landon Ott; his stepgrandchildren, Josiah Ott and Scarlett Ott Manhattan; his sister Julie Falk; his niece Jadan Falk; and his cousin Jason Stotts (Meghann). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
