Foote and Carol Foote (Baker); his wife Cathy Lee Nightengale; his daughter Kristen Lee Wilds (Brannon) of Wamego, KS; his grandchildren, Sophia Lee and Brock Michael; his brother Roger Foote (Laura) of Canton; his parents-in-law, Marvin and Sherol Nightengale of Burns, KS; and his siblings-in-law, Bradley Nightengale (Diane) of El Dorado, KS and Linda Hess (Jim) of Kearney, MO.. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
