It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mickey Schnedler (Manhattan, Kansas), born in Peru, Kansas, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don K. Schnedler and Lillian J. Schnedler (Thorn); his sister Donna Kay Thatcher (Schnedler); and his grandparent Thorn. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Cathy Sutton of Oregon, MO and Jane Schnedler of Manhattan; his grandchildren, Rebecca (Garrett) and Decker Sutton of Savannah, MO; his brother David Schnedler (Linda) of Wichita; and his brother-in-law Doug Jackson (Beverly) of Severna Park, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Manhattan, KS 66502.
