He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Wells and Ella Wells (Washburn); his former wife Carolyn Okeson; his sons, Luke Wells (Meghan) of Manhattan, KS and Matt Wells (Kristi) of Excelsior, MN; his siblings, Bill Wells (Pat) of Wabaunsee, KS, Geraldine Hughes of Auburn, MN and Joann Potter of Auburn, MN; and his grandchildren, Macsen Wells of Manhattan, KS and Roman Wells.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorials to Cattails Rescue and Adoption, and may be left in care of Stewart Funeral Home, P.O. Box 48, Wamego, KS 66547.
