He is survived by: his sons, Douglas (Manhattan) and Todd (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Ryan (Manhattan), Kate Holen (Manhattan), Douglas, Tanner, Todd (Julia), Presley, Liberty and Nathan; his daughter-in-law Janelle; his sister Pamela Retzlaff (Eugene Oregon); and his sister-in-law Alyce Holen.
