He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Tiemeyer; his daughter Michele West (Mike) of Wichita; his grandchildren, Jordan, Alex and Hannah; his son Craig Padgett (Melody) of Manhattan; his grandchildren, Drew and Ashton; and his siblings, William "Bill" Padgett and Catherine Carlisle.
