Mary Irene Taussig Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Irene Taussig (Manhattan, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Marth and Lettie Marth. She is survived by: her husband Robert Taussig (Bob); and her children, Letitia Thomas (Lindon), Susan Gras (Dave), Paul Taussig (Martha), Tim Taussig (Janice), Mark Taussig (Susan), Elizabeth Zouein (Simon) and Andrew Taussig (Sylvia). She is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 109 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (2901 Dickens Ave, Manhattan, KS 66502). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunrise Cemetery (2901 Stagg Hill Rd, Manhattan, KS 66502).
