She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Richard and Beulah Bell Woodworth (Busher). She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Zimmerman of McFarland, Justin Zimmerman (Patrick Wilson) of Wylie and Melissa Duncan (Justin) of Topeka; her siblings, John Woodworth (Dorothy), Danny Woodworth, Richard Woodworth (Teresa), Herbert Woodworth and Jean Schlegel (Andy); and her grandchildren, Constance Zimmerman, Xandria Zimmerman, Lucas Duncan, Claire Duncan, Isabelle Duncan and Alex Wilson. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ryan White Foundation and left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
