She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Wege and Frances Wege (Walters); her husband Howard Gifford; her daughter Ellen Louise Brown (Harold); and her great grandchildren, Ashley Toland and Noah Shipwash.
She is survived by: her children, Beulah Ann Shipwash, Donald Dean Gifford and Carol Almeda Anderson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and 1 great- great-great-grandchild.
