She is survived by: her father Robert Guelle; her daughter Rhonda Lee Mathos; her son-in-law Jason Hornbeck of Manhattan; her son Scott; her brother David Guelle (Jane) of Bradley Illinois; her grandchildren, Allie Mathos, Aaron Mathos and Ariana Hornbeck; and her pet Emmy.
