He is survived by: his mother Nila Spradling (Harvey); his friend Paul; his wife Tamara Kay Worthington; his daughters, Kimberly and Amanda Spradling; his granddaughter Ava of Manhattan; his siblings, Theresa Vance (Carl) and Richard Spradling of Rockwood, Tennessee; his mother-in-law Delores Worthington; and his brothers-in-law, Craig and Corey. He is also survived by his many other relatives and friends.
