He is survived by: his spouse Ida Moyer; his children, Camelia Owens of Manhattan, Bill White (Kim) of Topeka and Keneene Archuleta-Leupold of Manhattan; and his siblings, Bill Leupold (Bonnie) of Manhattan, Sharon Seematter of Frankfort and Sherry Estes (Dick) of Marysville. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
