He is survived by: his children, Amanda (Garth) of Whitesboro, TX, Katie (Russell) of Topeka, KS and Bailey (Casie) of Crawford, TX; his wife Mary; his grandchildren, Greysen Maxwell Gardiner of Stillwater, OK, Gage Monroe Gardiner of State College, PA, Grace Elizabeth Gardiner of Whitesboro, TX, Chris Alan Maxwell of Topeka, KS, Tatum Gaines Maxwell of Crawford, TX., Brekyn Lisabeth Maxwell of Crawford, TX., Rylan Joyce Maxwell of Crawford, TX. and Trystan Blaine Maxwell of Crawford, TX.; and his siblings, Greg Maxwell (Linda) of Whiting, KS, Sandra Copley (Howard Curtis) of Overland Park, KS and Gary Maxwell (Linda) of Mayetta, KS.
