He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Hoover and Dorothy M Hoover (Schleeter); and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Judy I. Herman; his sons, Douglas Hoover (Vickie) of Abilene, KS, Gregory Hoover (Nancy) of Evergreen, CO, Michael Hoover (Tammie) of Pahrump, NV and Rodney Hoover (Dixie) of St. George, KS; his sister LaCretrica Hazlett (Don) of Colby, KS; his sister-in-law Cleta Hoover; and also Carlene Boyer (Douglas). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
