He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Dick (Mitchell). He is survived by: his father Larry Dick (Resa Price); his daughter Parks; his spouse Resa Price; his daughter Natalie; his siblings, Kelly Dick, Kim Dick (Tipton) and Kevin Dick; his daughters, Kenzie Dick and Logan Dick; his brother Keith (Jeanette Dick); and his nieces, Katherine Dick, Adriane Dick and Chanell Tipton.
