He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Stach. He is survived by: his mother Jill L. Stach (Raitt); his brothers, Ryan Stach (Jessica) and Chris Stach; his grandmother Arlis Stach; his stepparents, Stephen Oldfield and Marilyn Stach; his stepsiblings, Kim Burman, Michelle Perkins and Kelly Gebauer; his niece Arlis Stach; and his nephews, Kris Stach and Elija Stach. He is also survived by eight cousins and many friends.

Memorial contributions in Justin's memory may be made to the Czech Moravian Cemetery and sent in care of Piper Funeral Home.
