It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved June Myers of Manhattan, Kansas, born in Fairfield, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 93, on May 24, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Graff and Madge Graff (Marcoux); her husband Preceding; and her sister Patty Graff. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Myers of Lawrence, KS, Stan Myers (Jill) and Chris Myers of Perry, KS; her granddaughters, Lauren Strathman (Cory), Holly Bachman (Stratton) and April Myers; her great grandchildren, Brodie, Bennett, Sloane and Harper; and her nephew Scott Graff.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude for the excellent care and all the activities provided to June at Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community, especially during the Covid pandemic and June's last 2 months at the Bramlage House.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Marysville Historic Train Depot where June's father served the railroad as a telegrapher for 25 years.
