It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce I. Swallow of Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kaiser and Maude Kaiser (Sommers); her brothers, Wayne, Elmo and Donald Kaiser; and her husband Clarence W. Swallow.

She is survived by: her children, Joy and Kevin Swallow; her son-in-law Brian Ball; her grandson Alexander Ball; her granddaughter-in-law Anna Stelmach; and her great grandchild Henry August Ball.
