With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy Andersen (Manhattan, Kansas), born in Osborne, Kansas, who passed away on May 23, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Lockhart and Eva Lockhart (Trexler); her husband Clayton Dale Andersen; her son Michael; her siblings, DeWayne, DeWight Lockhart and Eldora Busby; and her grandchildren, Jon Headrick, Robin Andersen, Wendy Mossi and Brexton.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Vincent (Elliott) of Fallon, NV, Richard Andersen (Sherry) of Reading, KS and Rhonda McCabe (Gary) of Manhattan, KS; her daughter-in-law Rita Andersen of Emporia, KS; and her siblings, Margaret Ellis of Watkinsville, GA and Wade Lockhart of Oberlin, KS.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
