He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Holden and Jaynet Conselyea Holden. He is survived by: his wife Anita Cortez; his children, Alanna Vimont (Jon) of Marietta, Georgia and Zachary Holden (Erin) of Lolo, Montana; his stepson Jason Bond (Erica) of Cambridge, Massachusetts; and his brother Stephen Holden (Alvaro) of New York City.
