He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Phoebe (Baker) and William Raymond Johannes; his sister Judith; and his brother-in-law Roy Capaldo. He is survived by: his wife Mary Pat; his sister Susan Fry (Earl) of Salina; and his children, Sherry McKee (Westin), Tracey Evans (Link) of The Woodlands, TX, Greg Johannes (Jennifer) of Onaga, KS and Christine Donnelly (Thad) of Wamego, KS. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
