He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Creviston and Alta Blanche Creviston (Teas); and his siblings, Joann Cunningham, Don Creviston and Robert Creviston.
He is survived by: his spouse Esther Randall; his daughters, Shari Reeves of Manhattan, Diane Shiever (David) of Florissant, MO, Debbie Byrd (Jim) of Florence, KY and Sandi Rhodeman of Derby, KS; his sister Bona Heitman of Beachwood, NJ; and his significant other Ruby of Manhattan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
