He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl K. Koch and Frances Ethel Koch (Brockway); and his sister Carolyn. He is survived by: his brothers, Steve (Anna) of Bellingham, WA and Bob (Kathy) of Wichita; his stepson Steve Lundberg (Paula) of Valparaiso, IN; his stepgrandchildren, Shawn and Brant; his nieces and nephews, Josh, Spencer, Kayte and Sadie Rose; and also Adam Peter of Anchorage, Alaska.
