She was predeceased by: her parents, Heine Kruse and Elsie Kruse; and her siblings, Donald Kruse and Lorna Modder. She is survived by: her husband Elmer N. Winter of Boyden, IA; her sons, James H. Winter (Mary) of George, IA, Donald E. Winter (Mary Jo) of Harrisburg, SD and Wayne A. Winter of Boyden, IA; her grandchildren, Pastor Jeremy Winter (Liz) of Perry, IA, Katie Winter of Sioux Falls, SD, Alan Winter (Emily) of Worthington, MN, Kyle Winter (Krysta) of Harrisburg, SD, Kristin Winter of Peachtree City, GA and Kurt Winter (Erica Kroening) of Harrisburg, SD; her brothers, Roger Kruse (LaDonna) of Matlock, IA and Larry Kruse (Sherri) of Boyden, IA; and her brothers-in-law, Lawrence Modder of George, IA and Erwin Winter (Carol) of Montevideo, MN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
