He is survived by: his wife Gail Masinton of Manhattan, KS; his children, Michele Elkins of Tulsa, OK, Jerry Elkins (Jill) of Leesburg, VA and Eric Elkins (Leslie) of Decatur, IL; his stepchildren, Dawn Vandeberg (Mark) of Arvada, CO and Greg Masinton (Lael); his siblings, Nick Elkins (Mary) of Harveyville, KS, Rick Elkins (Dana) of Bartlesville, OK, John S. Legg, Sandra K. Moran, Terry J. Grant and Debra R. Kolatosk; his grandchildren, Ashton Olive, Ryan Olive, Hudson Elkins, Charleston Elkins, Pierce Elkins, Sullivan Elkins and Adeline Elkins; and his friend Bill.
