He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Murray of Manhattan, KS; his children, Emily Lacy (Tony) of Lenexa, KS, Philip Dees (Becky) of Albuquerque, NM and Peter Dees (Nikki) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Nick Lacy, Jacob Dees, Julia Dees, Vivienne Dees and Emerson Dees; and his sister Patricia Wright (Terry) of Asheville, NC..
