He was predeceased by: his father David Bly. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Bly (Bryant); his brother Mike Bly (Kellie); his nephew Nash; his uncle Gary Bryant; and his aunts, Karen Scrivano and Debbie Cooper. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other family members, and many, many friends.
