He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Spencer and Marie Spencer (Molle). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kisling of Cameron, WI.; his sons, Ryan (Suzanne) of Seattle, WA and Craig (NgocTam) of Manhattan, KS; his grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, Christopher and Caitlyn; his siblings, Eldon Spencer (Ann) of Bloomington, MN and Cynthia Vennes (Gary) of Hunt, TX; his aunt Elizabeth Spencer of Roseville, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Kisling of Grand Junction, CO, Steven Kisling, Michael Kisling (Mary Lee), Mark Kisling (Lori) of Cameron, WI, Brad Kisling (Sheila) of Rice Lake, WI, Sharon Kaiser (Roger) and Kathy Van Helden (Robert) of Cameron, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the L.E. Phillips Career Development Center or to the HealthWell Foundation which helps people in need meet their health care treatment costs.
