He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Patulski (Binder) and Frank Patulski; his brother Alan Patulski; and his stepdaughter Jayne Vera Rocks. He is survived by: his wife Edye; his sons, Jeffry W. Patulski and Brett M. Patulski; his sister Jeanne Davids (Courtney) of Niles, MI; his stepson Tom Musser (Michelle); and his stepgrandson Matthew of Manhattan, KS. He is also survived by four granddaughters, one grandson and two great-grandchildren.
