He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Allen and Gladys Allen; and his adoptive parent Dale (Clarice Bartlett). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Allen, Luther Lee Allen, Duane Allen, Lenora Sommerville (Allen), Howard Allen, Phyllis Judd (Allen), Catherine Meats (Bartlett), Edith Jones (Broiles), Esther Fink (Broiles) and Patrick Broiles (Floyd); his daughter Shirley; his former wife Melissa (Vene); his children, Isla and Wyatt; and his spouse Mekea (Geisler). He is also survived by three children, 10 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
