He was predeceased by: his father Jack Lee Sr.; his father-in-law Clyde Ancel Armstrong; and his sister-in-law Patrice Ann Rogge. He is survived by: his friend Joe Sexton; his wife Melinda Sue Armstrong of Manhattan; his mother Lynn Gifford (Merle) of Shreveport, LA; his mother-in-law Mildred Armstrong; his siblings, Melissa Breckenridge (Shreveport), Kelly Gifford of Tampa, FL and Kris Gifford; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Armstrong, Monica Brown (Todd) of Sherman, CT, Kristi Hoffman (Kyle) of Coldwater, KS and Doug Rogge of Wamego, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Anna, Abigail Hoffman, Whitney, Kristen, Hunter and Chase. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials in memory of Jack may be made to the Good Shepherd Home Care and Hospice Inc. in Manhattan or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
